Mediagistic, Inc. in Lutz, FL
I was brought on initially for a 2-3 month contract position within a team of Web Designers to help catch up and bring a new level of finesse to an unseasoned, yet rapidly growing, 22-person internet marketing department currently in arrears. Once website demand was equalized, to help fill the void in both management and production, I was offered a salaried position as an Internet Marketing Team Lead. In this multifaceted role, I acted as the interim Internet Marketing Manager responsible for hiring and development of the Social Media, Web Content, and Performance Analyst (heavy SEO/SEM focus) departments. Simultaneously, I was also the acting SEM Manager ($1 Million, 100+ clients) and Creative Marketing Strategist, an acting manager for all Email Marketing campaigns (40+ clients). I later inherited the latter concentration as my focal point as an acting Email Marketing Director & Designer where I directed both Prospecting and Customer Nurturing email campaigns topping 10 Million Emails. I also took over and further developed a custom CRM-integrated Customer Nurturing product. Clients included local, national, and international companies including Nicor Home Solutions, a Nicor Gas Affiliate, Aqua Heating & Plumbing, Quail Hollow Golf Course & Entertainment Venue, Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa, and the tourism board for the Island of Saint Lucia. I spent the remainder of my tenure as a Digital Strategy Account Manager. In this position I worked directly with clients, account managers, and the production team to oversee all internet marketing campaign deliverables for client accounts and direct all strategy and performance.
